Built in 2010, Taverna Under the Trees is a business founded on the values of family and tradition. The founder, Κοστας Οικονομιδις, has a long lineage from the island, and he sought to create good life for his children. So he started a business, a quality restaurant where everything came from the gardens and pastures of the island, cooked with charcoal, and nothing is processed.

Now he is joined by his son, Βασιλειος Οικονομιδις, to keep up the traditions of the island: Hospitality, good food, and family.
